2017 NIRSEF Parents and Guardians Letter

1. Complete the four 2017 forms required for ALL projects PRIOR TO EXPERIMENTATION and obtain all required signatures. Students in grades 9-12 will upload these forms to the SEFI website (step #6 below). Students grades 3-8 must bring them to the NIRSEF. Please note an abstract must be entered in the SEFI registration for grades 6-12. You may view the ISEF Overview of Forms and Dates for more information.

2017 NIRSEF Participation Waiver (you must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian in order to participate!)
2. Obtain user name and password from the teacher who registered your school (grades 6-12 only). Grades 3-5 will be entered by their teachers.
3. Students grades 6-12 log in to the SEFI registration page with your user name and password and complete personal information, project information, and abstract. Grades 9-12 will also upload their required forms.
4. All exhibitors attending the NIRSEF must complete the Availability to Participate Form and NIRSEF Method of Payment online by Friday, February 24, 2017. THE FORM WILL BE ACTIVATED JANUARY 1, 2017. The $10 fee may be paid online or in person on the day of the fair, February 28, 2015. If your school is paying your $10 fee, you will still complete the Availability to Participate Form and NIRSEF Method of Payment, then have your teacher submit the school payment online.
